FORUM RULES

Background
1.1 The Forum can be used for non-registered users (guests). They can participate in surveys and write the answers.
1.2 Non-registered users (guests) have limited rights. Eg. can not create a new theme.
1.3 Any non-registered forum user can register at any time and use all the forum features.
1.4 After signing the forum you need to wait for activation of the profile. Profile will be activated by the forum administrator.
1.5 Please register in our forum with the normal name or nickname. Otherwise, the profile can not be activated.
1.6 After the profile is activated please complete other necessary profile data. Otherwise the profile will be deactivated.
1.7 Profile which after the enrollment period of time shows no activity will be removed.

You can:
2.1 Exchange information, views, experiences on and around V.A.I.C™ and similar developments.
2.2 Offer your ideas on V.A.I.C™ and other program development.
2.3 Exchange information, views, experiences on and around your credentials on program development.
2.4 Add a picture (avatar) and a signature to your nickname.
2.5 Challenge, offer assistance, tell about errors on the homepage or a forum.

You can't:
3.1 Write statements in inappropriate forum section.
3.2 Create a blank, stupid or rubbish theme which does not give a full or useful information.
3.3 Place advertisements and links to similar and other sites apart from the administration.
3.4 Sneer, curse or otherwise inappropriate behavior.
3.5 Discuss operations and activity of the forum administration.

Of course each already have their own head on the shoulders and
the forum administration leaves the right to deny access to undesirable persons.
